Q: How long does it take for my items to ship?
A: These items do not ship to your door. They are digital products that are downloaded and electronically delivered to your email. Items are usually available for download immediately after purchase.

Q: Can I customize and/or personalize a package?
A: Unfortunately we are not customizing or personalizing packages at this time. We only offer generic party packages.

Q: What size are the labels for each package and how many come on a sheet?
A: The sizes for the labels and how many come per sheet are listed in the description on the product page. The circle labels do have hole punchers that are available for purchase at Michael's or Hobby Lobby.

Q: I ordered the wrong package. Can I exchange the package I have for the correct one?
A: Unfortunately we do not allow exchanges on digital products. They have been downloaded by the customer already and although you may want to send the digital file back to us electronically for the new one, you STILL have possession of the file. Sending you a new file will basically give you two files for the price of one. You will have to purchase the correct file.

Q: I ordered a package, but am no longer in need of it. May I have a refund?
A: Unfortunately we do not give refunds on digital products. They have already been downloaded by the customer and although you may want to return it for a refund, you STILL have possession of the file. Sending the customer a refund at this point is our company giving you the digital file for free.

Q: Can you print as many copies as you want once you have purchased the package?
A: Yes! You most certainly can print as many copies as you need. Once the file is purchased, it is yours to do as you please.

Q: My download time has expired. Is it possible to get my limits reset for my package?
A: Yes! All we would need is the name that file was purchased under as well as the package that was purchased and we can have them reset within 24 hours or less. In the future, we would advise that you save your download onto a flash drive or your computer hard drive for safe keeping just in case you would like to print the files again at a later date.

Q: I have my own Avery labels. Can you create a package to fit the labels I have purchased already?
A: Unfortunately we cannot. We only create the sizes shown in the packages offered.

Q: I do not need everything the package has in it. Is there anyway that I can just order what I need or do I have to purchase the entire package?
A: Unfortunately you will need to purchase the entire package and just print what you need from it. The items in the package are not sold separately at this time.

Q: I do not have a printer. Can you print the package for me?
A: Unfortunately we do not print the packages for the customer. We just design the packages and it is then the customer's responsibility to print the package themselves.

Q: I just purchased a file, but I cannot find where the download went. What should I do?
A: Please check your inbox and also your spam/junk mail for your download. It will also be a good idea to check and be sure that you typed in your email address correctly, as this can a legitimate reason for not receiving your file. If all else fails, contact us with your full name and product your purchased and we can send it to you directly.

Q: I just printed my items and they came out horrible! What can I do to fix this?
A: The best thing to do is to go to your printer settings and change the print quality to "Best" or "High". It basically needs to be on the best settings that you printer has to offer to get the best quality print.
